Designed dashboards for cruise ships across web, mobile, and tablet platforms to provide real-time visibility of crew and guest status, active emergency events and safety drills, muster operations, onboard and ashore monitoring of crew and guest, and other key operational metrics.

Redesigned the applications by conducting AI-assisted UX audits, heuristic analysis and accessibility (HCI) evaluations, and latest design trend research, identifying 10+ usability gaps and created a data-driven design improvements aligned with modern UI/UX standards.
